Cookies and Cream Brownies

Ingredients:  ½ cup unsalted butter  1 cup white chocolate chips  1 large egg  1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk  1 tsp salt  1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour  7 Oreos crushed Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8"x8" baking pan with parchment paper. In a large microwave-safe mixing bowl, add butter and white chocolate chips and heat for 30 seconds. Stir the mixture with a spatula. Microwave again for another 15 seconds and stir again. If chocolate is not completely melted and uniform, heat for another 15 seconds as needed. Careful not to heat too much or you will burn your chocolate. Add in egg, condensed milk, and salt. Stir until uniform. Fold in flour, stirring until just combined. Sprinkle in 5 crushed Oreos (I crumbled them between my fingers). Gently fold into batter. Pour batter into baking pan and smooth surface with spatula. Sprinkle remaining crushed Oreos over surface. S'mores Brownies

INGREDIENTS Cooking spray, for pan 6 graham crackers 1 box brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on box 1 c. chopped Hershey's bars 1 (10-oz.) bag marshmallows DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350° and line and spray a 9”-x-9” baking pan with cooking spray. Layer bottom of pan with graham crackers. Make brownie mix according box and then fold in chopped Hershey’s bars. Pour brownie batter over graham crackers. Bake until almost done, 35 minutes. Remove from oven and top with marshmallows and bake another 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies are cooked through and marshmallows are golden. To check brownies with a toothpick, you can gently push marshmallows to the side with a knife or offset spatula. They will melt back together! Turn oven to broil and broil 2 minutes, if desired.  Let cool 10 minutes then slice into squares to serve. Base Recipe adapted from site

Soft Batch Christmas Sprinkle Cookies

Ingredients 1 Stick butter softened 1/4 Cup cream cheese softened 1 1/2 Cups granulated sugar 2 Large eggs 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon almond extract 2 1/2 Cups all purpose flour 2 Teaspoons corn starch 1 Teaspoon baking soda 1/4 Teaspoon salt 1 Cup sprinkles nonpareils Instructions In bowl of stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment, or a large bowl using hand mixer, cream together the butter, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and extracts until light and fluffy. About 5 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Add the flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt. Mix together on low/medium speed for one minute, until combined. Refrigerate dough for two hours before baking. When dough is done chilling, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the sprinkles into a medium bowl, and roll tablespoon sized balls of dough into the sprinkles.
